Private Sessions are the most comprehensive instruction available. Designed to guide you through your workout on the Stott Reformer and mat, each session builds on the previous one and is tailored to your ability and needs.
A great class for everyone! This 50-minute class, based on the mat work of Joseph Pilates, provides proper instruction and modifications in order to challenge the most advanced but also be appropriate for novices.

This 50-minute group class works with the Stott Reformers that allow each client to obtain the best results for their individual form, and focuses on the Stott Method principles.
